*About Us:* Couples need access to high-quality therapy - and sadly many therapists are providing couples therapy with inadequate training and support. Couples are struggling in their most important relationship and when they work with a therapist that is not well trained, they believe therapy doesn't work, or they are too far gone - and that just isn't right! The Relationship Centre is a private therapy practice on a mission to provide the safety and guidance for people to engage in deep, meaningful emotional work that will transform their lives and relationships with themselves and others. We do this by providing individual, couples, and family therapy grounded in Attachment Theory and Trauma-Informed Care. Because we are known for providing couples therapy, we are looking for therapists who want to develop and hone their skills as a couples therapist using EFT. If you have a passion for providing quality care, are a life-long learner and are drawn to Attachment Theory, we want to help you develop as a couples therapist. *About Us:* * Be part of a dynamic team of like-minded, passionate therapists who will support and empower you to hone your clinical skills and expertise. * Build a stable and reliable caseload within your first month, setting the foundation for a fulfilling and sustainable career in mental health therapy. * Engage in regular Therapy Consult Groups, fostering a sense of community and shared learning experiences as we navigate the challenges and victories of our therapeutic work. * Become known as an Expert in providing couples therapy. * Rely on a dedicated administrative team to handle admin tasks, allowing you to concentrate on your true passion?providing quality therapy without the burden of administrative responsibilities. * Experience the tranquillity of our beautiful Therapy Centre, meticulously designed to enhance the well-being of both our clients and our valued team members. * Enjoy a healthy work environment where every team member is recognized, valued, and appreciated for their unique contributions to our collective success. * Work with motivated and appreciative clients, contributing to a fulfilling and rewarding therapeutic experience for both you and those you serve. * Enjoy more flexibility and autonomy in your work and schedule. *Who We Are Looking For:* * A talented therapist committed to excellence in providing client care; and open to expanding their skill and knowledge with EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and Trauma Informed Care. * A disciplined, self-directed professional who values integrity, accountability, and communication. * A therapist who is eager to provide couples therapy using EFT. * An individual who is motivated to seek collaboration and connection to others (because doing this work in isolation can be hard and lonely). * A lifelong learner who is eager to give and receive support with teammates. * A therapist who is excited to partner with us in moving our vision and mission forward - to make a bigger impact than we could ever make on our own. *Hours:* * Minimum 12 hours of *in-person work in our Belleville Therapy Centre*; and more is welcome. * Additional opportunity to provide virtual therapy. * Shifts will include day; and either one evening or one weekend shift (our clients require this availability). *SIGNING BONUS: *Successful candidates will be supported with the cost of the 4-Day EFT Externship! *Requirements:* * *Master of Social Work or Other Related Degree *with registration with OCSWSSW or CRPO * Professional Liability Insurance * Clear Criminal Record Check * Willingness to train and grow in Emotionally Focused Therapy * EMDR or other Trauma Training an asset * 2-3 years experience, post-Master's degree- LocationKingston, ON
