Payroll Administrator ? Port Coquitlam, BC
CIMS Limited Partnership is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced role, you'll process payrolls for union and non-union employees across multiple provinces and contribute to the implementation of a new payroll system.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage full-cycle payroll for multiple unions and provinces.
? Validate time reports, audit pay rates, and ensure accurate job costing.
? Handle payroll processing, GL posting, benefits administration, and reporting.
? Collaborate with managers, site admins, unions, and third-party providers.
? Prepare and reconcile union dues, payroll taxes, WCB, and EHT payments.
? Complete year-end processes, including T4s and T2200 forms.
? Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and standards.
Ideal Candidate:
? PCP certified with 3-5 years of high-volume payroll experience.
? Proficient in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and Excel.
? Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business leaders.
? Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
What You'll Achieve:
? Process weekly payroll for 100-300 employees accurately.
? Create and analyze advanced Excel reports.
