We are searching for an outgoing, dynamic, self starting, team oriented, music loving Sous Chef to compliment our team and work with an amazing, team oriented, high energy Executive Chef, who loves to cook!

Responsibilities:
\* Help oversee the culinary operations of the business
\* Help hire the culinary team as needed
\* Keep food menu current, up to date and change it as needed to drive sales
\* Work with food suppliers to successfully operate the BOH operation
\* Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
\* Check freshness and quality of ingredients
\* Be very active in inventory, inventory counting and inventory control
\* Standardize recipes and plate presentations
\* Maintain and improve our food cost and inventory system
\* Maintain and improve our kitchen employee team
\* Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Qualifications:
\* Minimum 5+ years as a senior level BOH manager with experience or equivalent
\* Strong background in hiring and building teams
\* Culinary schooling is preferred but not required
\* Strong knowledge of cost and labor systems
\* Strong knowledge and background in Food inventory
\* Passion for food and cooking techniques
\* Strong leadership qualities
\* Proven track record of working in a team environment
\* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
\* Transportation required
\* Be able to stand on your feet for 8+ hours
\* Be able to lift 20 lbs

Pay: $37,500.00-$50,000.00 per year
