Remove bones from meat. Weigh meats for sale. Cut poultry into parts. Sell meats to customers. Grind meats. Prepare special orders. Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products. Equipment and machinery experience: Manual cutting utensil. Slicing machine. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Fast-paced environment. Standing for extended periods.
