Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Prepare, sand and trim wooden furniture and fixture parts. Stain or finish wood to specified colour. Apply toners, highlights, glazes or shaders to obtain desired finish. Apply lacquer or other sealers. Inspect furniture and fixture subassemblies and finished products for conformance to quality standards. Mix paint, blend and match colors. Type of paints or coatings: Catalyzed or polymerized paints. Area of work experience: Finished products. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
