*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns, and driving client satisfaction.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Client Relationship Management:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Understand clients' business objectives, marketing needs, and challenges.
* Provide strategic marketing advice and propose innovative solutions.
*Project Management:*
* Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
* Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
* Ensure all campaigns meet clients' expectations and quality standards.
*Strategy Development:*
* Collaborate with clients to develop effective marketing strategies.
* Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities.
* Prepare and present comprehensive marketing plans to clients.
*Performance Tracking and Reporting:*
* Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
* Analyze data to derive insights and optimize campaign performance.
* Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients.
*Financial Management:*
* Develop and manage client budgets.
* Ensure all projects are delivered within budget constraints.
* Handle client billing and invoicing in coordination with the finance team.
*Team Collaboration:*
* Work closely with creative, digital, and media teams to develop integrated marketing solutions.
* Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
* Mentor and guide junior account managers and coordinators.
*Business Development:*
* Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
* Assist in the preparation of proposals and pitches for potential clients.
*Qualifications:*
Education: Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management within a marketing agency or related field.
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
