Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer. Willing to relocate. Tasks: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Balance rent roll. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform safety and security checks. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Work with minimal supervision. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Maintain and order supplies. Evaluate customer service and store environments. Ensure safety procedures are followed. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Flexibility.
