*Job Description*:
B. Skinner Coaching & Psychotherapy is looking for a Receptionist to support our growing practice. The successful candidate will carry out effective operation front end processes, and provide general support of day-to-day clinical operations.
Superb interpersonal and leadership skills are vital for this role. Suitable candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication and value the delivery of superb customer service.
*The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties*:
Client Management
* Processing client intakes, including completion of initial risk assessment
* Act as point of contact for inquiries from the public
* Manage client appointments (booking/rescheduling)
* Processing client payments
* Ensuring clients complete all required documentation
* Maintaining and updating client database
* Supporting client circle-of-care needs by liaising with third party service providers
Administrative Organization
* Reviewing, evaluating, and supporting the implementation of administrative procedures
* Personal Health Information Management including ensuring secure storage and confidentiality
* Provide administrative support to the clinical team (filing/copying/extension requests etc)
* Filing, record-keeping, and office equipment management (re-stocking forms ordering supplies, contacting technical support etc.)
* Performing administrative file audits
* Providing administrative and logistical support for company events, including the launch of new services or groups.
Financial Administration
* Managing invoices (including creation, forwarding and follow up)
* Process requests of Third-Party Service providers (e.g. Bookkeeping / Legal/ Sales/IT)
Other Duties, As Required
* Other duties in support of the day-to-day operation of the office
* Other duties in support of special events (eg. Arranging travel, facility booking, promotion)
* Other duties as required in the effective operation of the practice

*Salary*: Commensurate with Experience
*Requirements*:
* Bachelor?s degree in business, business management, or other related fields _-or-_
* At least 3 year?s experience in a administrative or organizational support position
* Outstanding leadership abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrate analytical thinking and effect problem solving skills
