Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Operate CADD and other computer software systems. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Prepare reports. Supervision: 5-10 people. Computer and technology knowledge: AutoCAD. MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Word. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Area of specialization: Project management. Security and safety: Bondable. Criminal record check. Driver's validity licence check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.
