*Job Purpose*
TerraPro is seeking a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day sales operations and assisting with all administrative duties. This role serves as a point of contact for our customers with queries about products and services and to provide support for sales representatives.
*Roles and Responsibilities*
_Customer Communication (email/phone)_
* Respond to incoming calls
* Respond to small quote inquiries
* Directing quotes and inquiries to sales staff
* Prioritizing communication for the team
* Follow up on quotes/projects
* Direct communication with internal dispatch and operations
* Purchase Order information
_Document Management_
* Maintain and update files and records
* SharePoint folder management
* Agreements (JVs, MSA, MOU)
* RFPs, large bid packets
* Government compliance and regulatory, ISN compliance services
* Prepare and distribute reports and presentations (weekly/monthly)
* Sales reports (stats, project updates, targets, RFPs)
* Product line promotional packages
* Sales proposals/presentations
* KPI metrics and performance targets
* Team Administration Support
* RFP/large bid package
* Prequalification forms
* Safety stats
* Project specific experience
* Corporate information
* Event management (conferences, trade shows, industry events)
* Team calendar support (meetings, appointments, deadlines)
* Team logistics (itineraries, flights, rentals, hotels)
* Expense report preparation
* Meeting minutes
_CRM ? Customer Management Database Maintenance_
* Input, maintain and manage data information
* Quote/RPF
* Company/customer lists
* Leads and new project targets
* Indigenous Relations
*Qualifications *
* High school diploma or equivalent is required
* Business Administration diploma is preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Demonstrated ability to showcase strong attention to detail
* Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitasks

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
