ProConcepts is seeking a compassionate, dynamic, and self-motivated professional to fill the territory manager position in Greater Vancouver Area and Vancouver Island.
*Territory Manager Job Responsibilities:*
The Territory Manager for ProConcepts will utilize our solution-selling approach along with business analysis and strategic management to maximize the potential of the assigned territory and the company as a whole.
The Territory Manager identifies and engages decision makers within the veterinary clinic and utilizes business intelligence tools like power BI, CRMs, social feeds and websites to recognize and meet customer needs with the goal of delivering maximum value at each client interaction.
*Responsibilities & Expectations*:
* Manage and grow existing client accounts and acquire new clients within the territory
* Plan and organize a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential sales opportunities and other trade partners.
* Execute a well-organized call cycle with an emphasis on efficiency and quality client interaction.
* Schedule meetings with clients to understand their product needs and align them with our brand using a well-planned sales presentation.
* Prepare, deliver and adjust sales presentations by studying the type of clinic audience while maintaining a solutions-based selling approach.
* Meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales and call targets.
* Submit activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
* Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
* Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows and industry events as needed
* Manage budgets and expenses with a keen awareness of ROI and submit expense reports.
* Follow all ProConcepts policies and protocols
* Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and clients

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s Degree or VT/RVT with 2-3 years of industry sales experience
* Proven experience and success in a similar role and provide references on request
* Familiarity with social media and current online trends
* Ability to travel (overnights for 25% of the time could be required)
* Must possess a valid provincial driver license with an excellent driving record
* Must reside in allotted geographical territory
* Ability to attend meetings/conferences/seminars nationally and internationally
* Proficient with MS Word, Excel Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM software
* Demonstrate an ownership mindset and be open to feedback and coaching.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
* Fluent in English
* A genuine passion for pets and promoting animal health solutions
