*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. *Responsibilities* - Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base - Identify and pursue new business opportunities - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing revenue - Manage projects related to business development initiatives *Skills* - Proficient in negotiation techniques - 2 YEAR Experience in customer relationship management - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software - Strong business development acumen - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs - Proficiency in project management methodologies Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Pay: $37,685.98-$50,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Benefits: * Commuter benefits * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * Profit sharing Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Business development: 1 year (required) * Salesforce: 1 year (required) * Negotiation: 1 year (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sunnyside, NL R5R 0J3 Expected start date: 2024-09-23- LocationSunnyside, NL
