Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Urban area. Willing to relocate. Relocation costs covered by employer. Tasks: Manage staff and assign duties. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 3-4 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system. Electronic mail. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel. Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Energetic. Positive attitude. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Organized.
