We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Customer Engagement:* Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our portable washroom products and services.
* *Lead Generation:* Identify and qualify leads, developing new business opportunities and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
* *Sales Presentations:* Deliver compelling product presentations, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.
* *Quotations & Proposals:* Prepare and present quotes and proposals to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
* *Account Management:* Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
* *CRM Management:* Update and manage customer information and sales activities in the CRM system, tracking progress and reporting on sales metrics.
* *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with the outside sales team, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
* *Market Research:* Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
*Qualifications:*
* *Experience:* 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the portable washroom, construction, or event services industry.
* *Education:* High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
* *Skills:*
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* *Attributes:*
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $51,481.00-$56,183.00 per year
