Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Monitor department's performance. Plan and organize daily operations. Plan for changes to schedules and policies. Prepare reports for senior management. Recruit staff. Supervise staff. Train staff. Manage finances or budget.
