*HELP WANTED: VAPE SHOP MANAGER* *Inspired Vapor Company is a growing Vapor Company in central Saskatchewan.* We have expanded from one store in Melfort, SK. to four stores including Saskatoon, Prince Albert and Humboldt. To meet the growing needs of our customers we are now accepting resumes to join our team at the new Humboldt Location. Here is what we would like to see in the individual who joins our team: \*Professionalism. ... Being polite, courteous, well-spoken, calm, and presentable. \*Honesty and integrity. ... Always telling the truth to our customers and each other. \*Problem-solving ability. ... Applying our best effort to problems until they are resolved. \*Ambitiousness. ... Being active and engaged in the execution of personal and employment goals. \*Dependability, reliability, and responsibility. ... Taking responsibility for our actions, being dependable, arriving on time, doing what we say. \*Conflict resolution ability. ? Addressing and resolving any conflicts with staff or customers maturely and respectfully. \*Active listening skills. ? Key to dealing effectively with staff and serving customer needs. \*A desire to help others. ? Actively maintain and model a positive and enthusiastic customer service attitude. In addition to this, we require the following: \*Several years experience in a management or supervisory role managing at least 2 to 4 direct reports. \*Working knowledge of creating sales and budget reports on a weekly or monthly basis. \*Several years of experience working in a retail setting in a customer service capacity. \*Neat, clean appearance, and excellent safety and hygiene practices. \*Some degree of knowledge and experience specific to our industry. \*Valid Driver?s License, dependable vehicle. We pay above industry level wages because we want the best people, with benefits possible after your probation period. This offer is for a part time position, with the possibility of full time in the future as we grow, or at other locations. Some weekend work and scheduling flexibility will be required.
