Boss Security is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office.
*Duties*
· Manage office and answering incoming calls?
· Supervise office clerks and provide guidance as needed?
· Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records?
· Assist with financial record-keeping?
· Coordinate employee management activities?
· Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks?
· Ensure efficient office operations and workflow?
· Support team management efforts to enhance productivity
*Qualifications*?
· Proven experience in administrative roles?
· Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite?
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities?
· Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively?
· Prior experience in office management or related field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
