*Overview*
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision to be the first-choice retailer of natural, specialty and wellness products. Your primary responsibility will be to build and enhance brand awareness on a national scale, ensuring that Nutters Everyday Naturals is top-of-mind for consumers seeking natural health solutions. You will be a key member of a collaborative and dynamic team, working closely with various departments to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience
*Core Accountabilities (listed in order of importance) *
-*Brand Awareness: *a strong focus on building the Nutters brand nationally through multiple media sources with a 2-pronged approach. One focused on customers of the brand and another focused on potential business owners looking to acquire a franchise. Lead and manage the launch of the Nutters Everyday Rewards loyalty program
*Marketing Strategy development and implementation*: working with a skilled and experienced marketing team, develop a strategy that aligns with the company vision and goals. This strategy would be highly detailed and planned in collaboration with the leadership team as well as the marketing team. The strategy will include both traditional and innovative marketing channels.
*Customer acquisition and retention: *through existing and new tools, work with the operations and marketing teams to develop plans to increase customer traffic regularly through acquiring new and retaining existing customers.
*Vendor Relations: *work with traditionalmedia sources and build relationships in the media industry as well as the health food industry. Manage rate negotiations, media buying, scheduling strategies and match media brands with Nutters demographics. Maintain and develop Co-op Vendor Programs as a revenue generator including oversight of ongoing flyer programs and other elements that contribute to the overall co-op revenue generation.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Lead and manage the launch of the Nutters Everyday Rewards loyalty program
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company?s vision and goals.
* Lead initiatives to build brand awareness and recognition, both nationally and within key markets.
* Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns that highlight our product offerings and emphasize our commitment to wellness.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a consistent and unified brand message.
* Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners to amplify our brand presence.
* Ensure that all marketing materials and communications reflect our brand?s values and adhere to regulatory guidelines
* Coach, mentor and develop the marketing team members. Provide guidance, feedback and annual reviews to facilitate their development.
* Develop, allocate and manage the marketing budget based on company initiatives and goals with detailed plans on the execution.
