Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Troubleshooting. Tasks: Maintain, troubleshoot and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks and computer workstations and peripheral equipment. Implement data, software and hardware security procedures. Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet. Modify Web pages, applets and scripts. Research and apply meta-data to Websites and register Websites with search engines. Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations. Lead and co-ordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards and models. Confer with clients and other members of the engineering team and conduct research to determine project requirements. Study drawings and specifications to determine the layout of the installation and materials required. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP). Certified information security systems practitioner (CISSP). Certified software quality analyst (CSQA). Certified software tester (CSTE). Cisco certified internetwork expert (CCIE).
