Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Chicken farming. Odours. Poultry and egg production. Work setting: Rural area. Tasks: Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas. Direct farm feed inventory activities . Handling animals. Monitoring animal health. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Maintain work records and logs. Perform general farm duties. Area of specialization: Poultry. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Team player. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Experience: Experience an asset. Other benefits: Free parking available.
