Administrative job for office providing legal services in Salmon Arm.
The role provides support to receptionist and conveyancers who perform real estate transactions including purchase/sale and mortgages. Duties include file opening; involves retrieving appropriate searches from various sources: tax, water licence, title and BC Assessments. bank deposits in addition to document pick up and drop off, filing, and may include assistance to receptionist and various administrative tasks. The successful candidate is comfortable in a professional environment.

* Hourly wage is dependent on experience and skill set.
