*Administrative Coordinator for Music Lessons.*
*Job Description:*
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator who is passionate about creating efficient processes and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in music, event organizing, and possess an outgoing personality. *Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to streamline music lessons and event planning.
* Coordinate and manage multiple schedules, bookings, and logistics for music lessons and performances in Winnipeg and across Canada.
* Serve as the main point of contact for students, parents and instructors, ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Assist in tracking inventory and providing lesson materials/method books to instructors/students, handing out promotional content, and tracking performance itineraries.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
* Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
* Participate in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details are meticulously managed.
* Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring smooth operations.
* Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future events.
* Creating quarterly newsletters
* Emceeing at our events.
*Experience:*
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the music or events industry.
* Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing personality.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Fast and accurate typing skills.
* Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to take initiative.
* Passion for music and event organizing.

* AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
