Job Functions :Inside Sale Representative
* *Upsell/Cross-sell*: Proactively suggest complementary products or upgrades to existing customers based on their previous purchases or expressed needs, aiming to increase the value of each transaction.
* *Re-engage Dormant Customers*: Develop strategies to reconnect with customers who haven't made purchases within a defined timeframe, offering personalized incentives, product recommendations, or support to reignite their interest.
* *Vertical and Channel Mining Document*: Maintain a comprehensive document that outlines key vertical markets, customer segments, and channels being targeted. Regularly update this document with insights gathered from sales activities and interactions.
* *Opportunity Tracking*: Implement a structured system for tracking and prioritizing sales opportunities, including notes on customer preferences, past interactions, and potential strategies for engagement.
* *Continuous Improvement*: Encourage the ISR to regularly review and refine their approach based on performance metrics, feedback from customers and colleagues, and industry trends. Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation to optimize sales outcomes.
* *Pipeline Management*: Maintain a clear overview of the sales pipeline, focusing on identifying stalled deals, following up with leads, and nurturing prospects to advance them through the sales funnel.
* *Customer Engagement:* Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to gather market insights, leverage channel partnerships, and explore collaborative sales opportunities.
*KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS/NOT LIMITED TO THESE ITEMS: *
* Conduct 50 outreach activities, including emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages.
* Schedule 10 customer meetings weekly.
* Bring in 15 sales weekly opportunities through outreach efforts.
* Maintain a response time of within 24 hours to customer inquiries.
* Follow up with existing customers regarding current monthly promotions, product launches, and other updates.
*CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: *
* Customer Engagement: Ability to identify buying opportunities among various customer segments, including new and inactive customers.
* Strong communication skills to engage customers and address their needs effectively.
* Promotions Management:
* Proficiency in communicating daily, weekly, and monthly promotions to engaged customers.
* Strategic thinking to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives on sales.
*Customer Support: *
* Excellent problem-solving skills to address routine customer inquiries promptly.
* Ability to collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive support to customers.
*Sales Analysis: *
* Data analysis skills to analyze sales and customer data and identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.
* Ability to translate analysis findings into actionable insights for the sales team.
* Sales Assistance:
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to ensure alignment between inside and outside sales efforts.
*Post-Sale Support: *
* Customer-centric approach to provide ongoing assistance to customers post-sale, including order status updates, technical troubleshooting, and handling warranty claims or returns.
* Ability to coordinate effectively with distribution partners to ensure seamless post-sale processes.
* Conducting outreach activities through various channels (emails, calls, LinkedIn messages).
* Scheduling and organizing meetings with Account Executives.
* Achieving sales targets through effective outreach efforts.
* Maintaining a high level of responsiveness to customer inquiries.
* Utilizing tools and systems such as Monday.com and sales enablement platforms for efficient workflow management and collaboration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,100.00-$120,391.56 per year
