*Overview* We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. As a Beautician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional beauty services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. Your expertise in botox, beauty therapist, radio frequency, microneedling, dermaplanning and customer service will be essential in creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. tools and machines required can be purchased on contract. *Responsibilities* - Provide a range of beauty services including Botox, beauty therapist, radio frequency, microneedling, dermaplanning, hair services and treatments tailored to individual client needs. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness by sanitizing tools and workstations before and after each service. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. - Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. - Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling beauty products that complement the services provided. - Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience during every visit. *Experience* related beauty services experience is preferred. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. - Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling beauty products. - Familiarity with front desk operations within a salon or spa environment is advantageous. - A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the workplace is essential.
