Location <p> Site <p> FTE <p> Assignment <p> Belleville, Ontario <p> Plant West Office 1.0 FTE <p> Permanent Full Time Effective Immediately. <p> 7 hours per day, <p> 5 days per week. The Manager - Plant Operations, provides leadership and oversees day-to-day operations of building and facilities maintenance, cleaning, and health and safety projects, programs, and services for an assigned multi-location facilities including supervision of custodial and maintenance staff. <p> Qualifications: Completion of post-secondary education in building systems engineering or building environmental systems <p> Minimum of five years of progressive work experience in plant operations and facility management<p> Occupational Health and Safety Core Certification - Level 3 and WHIMS Training<p> Operations of Small Drinking Water Certification<p> Ontario Class G drivers licence<p> Excellent communication skills both written and verbal<p> Excellent diplomatic skills<p> Working knowledge of Ontario Building Code, Ontario Fire Code, Ontario Electrical Code, Ontario Plumbing Code, Canadian Safety Standards, WHMIS, OHS Act.
