*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in various medical settings. *Duties* - Administer medications and treatments to patients - Monitor patient health conditions and report changes to healthcare providers - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans - Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries - Maintain accurate medical records and documentation - Assist in medical procedures and examinations - Provide emotional support to patients and their families *Requirements* - Valid RN license in the state of practice - Proficiency in pain management, pediatrics, patient care, case management, home care, dementia care, medical office procedures, medication administration, and laboratory work - Experience with Epic or similar electronic health record systems is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Employee assistance program * Extended health care Schedule: * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Night shift * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-10-07- LocationChelmsford, ON
