*Job Overview* We are seeking a high energy Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and motivating environment with a great team of like-minded Fitness Trainers. *Duties* - Lead Group Classes with confidence and enthusiasm - Intro and Demo our members through our diverse Fitness Classes programmed by our HQ athletic team - Assist members with modifications, progressions and correct form in all classes - Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey - Learn and grow with our F45 Academy to become a strong team member - Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to complement fitness routines *Qualifications* - Certification in Personal Training - Experience with Public speaking and leading Group Fitness - Strong communication skills to effectively educate and motivate clients - Strong English communication skills required - Excellent leadership skills to inspire clients towards their fitness goals - Exceptional time management abilities to schedule client sessions effectively - Prior experience in customer service is advantageous Join our team as a Personal Trainer and help individuals transform their lives through fitness!
