ANTICIPATED END DATE: 17 Sep 2026JOB PURPOSEThe Pharmacy Clinical Manager responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining clinical services and for ensuring optimal services on a daily basis.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor of Science in Pharmacy.Registered or eligible for licensure with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists and licensed to practice in New Brunswick. Completion of an advanced clinical pharmacy practice program/degree or equivalent experience.At least three years experience in a Hospital PharmacyAbility to attend work on a regular basis.Ability to perform the duties of the position.Good work record.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Pharmacy Clinical Manager is responsible for:Planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating clinical pharmacy servicesMaintaining a clinical practice siteParticipating in patient safety and quality improvement initiativesParticipating in the planning, implementation and evaluation of education and training programsParticipating in the performance management and recruitment processesCollaborating with the Pharmacy Operations Manager to manage financial resourcesCOMPETENCIESDomains and standards identified by the National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities (NAPRA), 2022. Model Standards of Practice for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in Canada.
