I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area, and I specialize in assisting accounting firms. <br> <br>Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions. <br> <br>I'm looking for an Administrative Assistant for an accounting firm located in downtown Montreal. <br> <br>Your responsibilities : <br>Support to management, mainly to the President <br>Clerical assistance to the accounting team <br>Management of physical and electronic mail, taking necessary action and subsequent filing <br>Drafting and/or formatting of Word, PowerPoint, PDF and Excel documents <br>Electronic, postal or in-person transmission of documents to government departments <br>Telephone reception (very low volume) <br>Reception of clients and management of conference room and reservations <br>Manage mailings (post office, courier, FedEx, etc.) <br>Sending documents and coordinating signatures <br>Payment of various customer invoices <br>Numerous follow-ups and maintenance of various registers <br>Office supplies ordering and inventory management <br>Management of physical office space</p><p>Your profile: <br> <br>5 years' relevant experience <br>Experience in an accounting firm or tax department an asset <br>Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint intermediate) <br>Bilingualism essential (English and French) <br>Excellent written and oral communication skills <br>Excellent time management skills and highly developed multitasking abilities <br>Excellent organizational and planning skills. Must be able to prioritize while working <br>working with different team members <br>Comfortable working in a demanding environment <br>Ability to solve practical problems; highly motivated to achieve results <br>Team player with a positive attitude <br>Resourcefulness and ability to work independently <br>attention to detail and discretion essential</p>
