*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Team Trainer/Coach to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new team members and enhancing the skills of existing staff in various technical areas. This role requires a strong background in mechanical systems, including HVAC, appliance repair, and schematics. The Team Trainer/Coach will play a crucial role in ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively and safely. *Duties* - Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing training for current employees. - Conduct hands-on training sessions focusing on appliance repair, HVAC systems, plumbing, welding, and mechanical maintenance. - Create training materials, including manuals and schematics, to facilitate learning. - Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. - Collaborate with management to identify training needs and adjust programs accordingly. - Maintain records of training sessions and employee progress. - Ensure all safety protocols are followed during training activities. *Requirements* - 313A - Driver's license - Experience in teaching and coaching others - Proven experience in appliance repair, HVAC systems, or related mechanical fields. - Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics. - Experience in plumbing, welding, or building mechanical systems is preferred. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. - A passion for teaching and mentoring others in technical skills.
