*About the Role:*
We are seeking a proficient *DevOps Engineer* to manage the automation and streamlining of our development and deployment processes. You will ensure the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure, support continuous integration and deployment, and maintain robust security practices. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, decision-making abilities, and the capacity to work long hours to meet project deadlines.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *CI/CD Pipeline Management:* Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software releases.
* *Infrastructure Automation:* Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as *Terraform* or *Ansible*.
* *Cloud Services Management:* Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (*AWS*, *Azure*, *Google Cloud*) to support scalable and reliable applications.
* *Monitoring and Logging:* Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance.
* *Security Implementation:* Ensure the security of infrastructure and applications by implementing best practices and conducting regular security assessments.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with the Data Engineer and Full-Stack Developer to align infrastructure with development needs and optimize workflows.
* *Performance Optimization:* Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the infrastructure to enhance system performance and reliability.
* *Backup and Recovery:* Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.
* *Documentation:* Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
*Qualifications:*
* *Experience:* Minimum of 3 years in a DevOps or similar role with a focus on infrastructure automation and CI/CD.
* *Technical Skills:*
* Proficiency in *CI/CD tools* such as *Jenkins*, *GitLab CI*, or *GitHub Actions*.
* Experience with *Infrastructure as Code (IaC)* tools like *Terraform*, *Ansible*, or *CloudFormation*.
* Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (*AWS*, *Azure*, *Google Cloud*) and their services.
* Familiarity with *containerization* and *orchestration* tools such as *Docker* and *Kubernetes*.
* Experience with *monitoring and logging* tools like *Prometheus*, *Grafana*, *ELK Stack*, or *Splunk*.
* Understanding of *networking*, *security best practices*, and *compliance standards*.
* Proficiency in *scripting languages* such as *Python*, *Bash*, or *PowerShell*.
* *Soft Skills:*
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
* Good sense of responsibility and decision-making capabilities.
* Willingness to work long hours when necessary.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* *Knowledge in Real Estate* data and analytics is highly desirable.
* Experience with *DevOps practices* in data-heavy environments.
* Familiarity with *data lake architectures* and *real-time data processing*.
* Certifications such as *AWS Certified DevOps Engineer*, *Azure DevOps Engineer*, or similar are advantageous.
