Job Summary: The Assistant Inventory Coordinator is responsible for supporting the inventory management team in maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse. This role involves assisting with inventory control procedures, monitoring stock movements, and coordinating inventory-related tasks to meet operational objectives efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels to meet demand forecasts while minimizing excess or obsolete stock. 2. Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate inventory records by entering data into inventory management systems and updating documentation as required. 3. Stock Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels, dates and stock movements to identify discrepancies, shortages, overages and product expiration and take appropriate actions to resolve issues. 4.
