*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team in a fast-paced food processing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the meat industry and possess a understanding of meat cutting techniques. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for fabricating, packaging, and ensuring the quality and safety of meat products while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. *Duties* - Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to specifications. - Fabricate meat cuts from larger portions, ensuring optimal yield and presentation. - Package meat products, ensuring proper labeling and compliance with food safety standards. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment. - Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure product quality. - Operate and maintain meat processing equipment. *Requirements* - Previous experience in the meat industry. - Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and food processing practices. - Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices. - Knowledge to operate various types of meat processing equipment effectively. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Ability to work well within a team. - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed. Contribute to providing high-quality products to our customers while ensuring safety and cleanliness in our operations.
