Job details
A journeyman certificate as an Oil Burner Mechanic with 5+ years? experience working on oil-fired burners, oil-fired boilers, hot water heaters, force air furnace. Knowledge of hydronic heating systems and how to troubleshoot. * Knowledge of northern building practices and building codes * Supervisory experience and experience working in a cross-culture environment. * The ability and willingness to mentor apprentices staff members under your direct supervision * The ability to compile or forecast the required list of inventory items required to a job and for the association operations for a given year. * Possess good English Communication skills * Valid drivers' license * The successful candidate will be required to submit a satisfactory criminal record check.
