* *Job Overview* We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team. The candidate must have education and/or previous experience and *must be available to work Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays*, from 7:30am until 5-5:30pm and maybe more if needed. Must speak English and some French. *Duties* - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Assist the endodontist during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs - Take dental x-rays and CBCT scans - Maintain accurate patient records *Experience* - Prior experience in dental assisting is preferred, experience in assisting root canal treatments is a plus Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 ? 27 per week Schedule: * Day shift Experience: * Dental Assisting: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Certified Dental Assistant (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-10-16- LocationWestmount, QC
