*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor to oversee our team and ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a solid understanding of construction processes, and hands-on experience with various tools and techniques. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. *Responsibilities* - Lead and supervise a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure project completion. - Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling tasks and managing workflow. - Oversee the use of hand tools and equipment, ensuring they are utilized safely and effectively. - Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Assist in building projects by performing tasks such as caulking, heavy lifting, and blueprint reading. - Provide training to team members on proper techniques for construction tasks, including carpentry skills. - Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours. *Experience* - Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or maintenance person industry is preferred. - Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, blueprint reading, and the use of hand tools. - Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual labor. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. - A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
