Cafe Milano is hiring their next client experience manager!
We're looking for a motivated, dynamic individual who thrives on working in a high pressured and fast-paced work environment. Previous restaurant experience is preferred and will be considered an asset.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing friendly relationships with our existing clientele and ensuring they enjoy fast, pleasant service throughout their dining experiences. We?re looking for applicants with flexible schedules.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
* Assist on-shift managing partner as necessary and work closely together to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Supervise employees to ensure our image is represented well
* Ensuring resto regulations and policies are followed
* Assist customers should they have any concerns, questions, or complaints
* Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout operations
* Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed throughout the resto
* Maintaining an overall management style that follows Cafe Milano best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
