We are the longest operating fabricator company in our industry. Langfab Fabricators Ltd is seeking Truck/Trailer Assemblers. The Assembler is required to perform skilled tasks and will be required to operate a variety of hand and power tools in the mechanical assembly and maintenance of dump trucks and trailers, heavy trucks, earth moving, and related construction equipment. *What we offer:* * Highly competitive wage scale * Premium health and dental insurance: Life, disability, orthodontics, vision care, physiotherapy, chiropractics, message therapy, naturopathic and more. * Employee and family assistance program * Shift premiums * Premiums for certification in Commercial Vehicle Inspection, and First aid * A work environment that is highly committed to safety. * Employee discounts * Fun company events *Requirements:* * Completion grade 12 or technical training * Appropriate credentials and certifications * Possess a valid driver?s license * Proven mechanical abilities in hydraulics and electrical, including schematics and diagnostics * Ability to work independently in a busy environment * Experience with routine maintenance operations * Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment * Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing * Able to work well under pressure * Strong attention to detail *Responsibilities:* * Install and adjust hydraulic pumps, valves, and any other necessary mechanical components * Perform incidental welding operations on equipment * Installation of new and added-on equipment * Perform and remember how to perform multiple tasks from day to day. * Follow standard operating procedures or supervisor?s instructions when doing tasks. *Why Should You Apply?* * Like mechanical, dynamic manual work?
