Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Relocation costs not covered by employer. Tasks: Plan and control budget and expenditures. Manage contracts. Initiate enforcement procedures to fine or close an establishment. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Oversee development of communication strategies. Develop and implement health and safety plans. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Oversee the preparation of reports. Advise senior management. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. Oversee payroll administration. Recruit and hire staff. Conduct performance reviews. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently.
