We are seeking highly focused, motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join *CPVM Wireless Business*, targeting s*mall and medium-sized enterprises in the Ontario region and beyond. *
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
*Duties*
* *Prospecting & Sales:* Identify, sell, and service data and voice solutions to small and medium businesses.
* *Revenue Generation:* Achieve sales revenue through telemarketing and cold calling.
* Track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
* *Sales Targets:* Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and activity metrics.
* *Client Representation:* Act as a trusted partner for local business owners, fostering strong relationships.
* *Needs Analysis:* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Conduct market analysis to identify potential business development opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of services.
* *Cross-Selling Strategies:* Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients.
* *Documentation:* Prepare and negotiate contracts, close agreements, and maintain accurate sales proposal records.
* *Account Management:* Address and resolve account disputes effectively.
* *Market Analysis:* Analyze market trends and competition to refine sales strategies.
* *Reporting:* Regularly prepare and submit sales performance reports.
* *Feedback Loop:* Provide insights and suggestions to management for product and service enhancements.
* *Networking:* Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and stay updated on trends.
*Qualifications:*
* Strong skills in cold calling and business prospecting.
* Proven experience in face-to-face customer interactions, with effective presentation and meeting management abilities.
* B2B sales experience, particularly in telecommunications or related fields.
* Excellent time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities to meet targets.
* High interpersonal skills and account management capabilities.
* Superior negotiation and closing skills.
* Proficient in digital tools, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Valid driver?s license and access to a vehicle.
* Wireless/Telecommunications experience is essential.
* Post-secondary education in business administration, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
