About the Company Forge Recruitment has been engaged in a search for a Estates Litigation Law Clerk to join our client's growing family law practice group. This large sized firm, with a collegial environment, is located in London, seeks an experienced family law clerk. About the Role Maintaining an effective bring forward (BF) system in ACL; Drafting correspondence, including: emails, pleadings, documents, reporting letters; Receiving, organizing and reviewing client documents; Working with the eDiscovery team to ensure documents are scanned/loaded and coded in Relativity; Review of/coding and working with documents within Relativity database to produce Affidavit of Documents, etc.; Scheduling Examinations for Discovery and preparing and serving Notices of Examination; Summarizing transcripts- LocationLondon, ON
