XPEL, Canada (NASDAQ: XPEL), a leading supplier of automotive paint protection films, window films, ceramic coatings and commercial/residential flat glass film, is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator.
Summary
The goal of marketing is to raise the kind of awareness that can drive sales for a company, service, or product. The goal of the marketing coordinator is to develop and execute the plans and strategies to accomplish that.
Core Duties
* Support the Managing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
* Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
* Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows with the lowest environmental impact, by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
* Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
* Maintain Social media activities for the Canadian market, as well as community management.
Job Requirements
* Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
* Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing (Both B2B and B2C)
* Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in French and English language
* Proficiency in full Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
* Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools and email software
* Experience working with budgets and forecasting
* Bachelor?s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
* A knowledge of the automotive industry is major plus
