*Position Overview:* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After School Assistant to support our after-school program. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for students, helping them with homework, facilitating activities, and ensuring their well-being. *Key Responsibilities:* * Supervise and engage students in various activities, including arts and crafts, and recreational games. * Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants. * Assist with program planning and implementation. * Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff. * Maintain accurate records of attendance and incidents. * Foster positive relationships with students to encourage their growth and development. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. * Reliable, punctual, and committed to creating a positive learning environment. * Responsible Adult Certification required * First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain). *How to Apply:* Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter to officeccsa@eagletree.ca Please include ?After School Assistant Application? in the subject line.
