As the ideal candidate, you have 2 or more years of experience in the construction industry. You possess strong organizational and management skills.<span> <br> </span><br><br> <strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li><span>Work on all of phase of new projects, including due diligence, feasibility and execution</span></li><li><span>Coordinating the professionals on the project file</span></li><li><span>Liaison between the customer and the company in relation to the project scope of work</span></li><li><span>Gather and Manage information and correspondence as it relates to construction project development</span></li><li><span>Assist in the Preparation of Job Cost Estimates</span></li><li><span>Assist in the preparation of plans and specifications</span></li><li><span>Preparation of Purchase Orders and Sub-Contracts</span></li><li><span>Assist in Design Review and Modification</span></li><li><span>Manage the Bid process</span></li><li><span>Coordinate work and pricing with sub-trades</span></li><li><span>All of construction related tasks deemed necessary to the success of the team</span></li></ul><p><strong> <br></strong></p><p><strong>Criteria </strong></p><ul><li>2 or More Years experience in the construction field, an Architectural Technology or Engineering Degree.</li><li>LEED accreditation is a strong attribute.</li><li>Proven effectiveness in the areas of construction safety and productivity.</li><li>Labor relations expertise.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership and problem solving skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Computer literacy in AutoCad, Word, Excel, MS Project etc.</li><li>Graphic Design Software knowledge is a benefit</li></ul><p><br><br></p><p>The masculine gender is used without discrimination and for the sole purpose of lightening the text.</p><p>Only selected candidates will be contacted.</p><p>_</p><p>Bertone promotes the inclusion and diversity of its resources.
