Atlantic George limited is a local operated construction company. We are qualified home builder and general contractor within the Atlantic Provinces. We are also residential and commercial renovation contractor. Position: Building maintenance Supervisor Location: Halifax, NS Vacancy: 1 vacancy Terms of employment: Full time ; permanent employment Start date: As soon as possible Salary: $24-37 per hour Your responsibilities: -Supervise, coordinate and lead the team to complete high- quality projects - Inspect the quality of construction work and materials - Identify the issue and resolve on-site construction issues in a timely and quality manner -Coordinate work activities with sub-contract if needed -Prepare projects schedule and progress report -Requisition materials and supplies to ensure the smooth of the project -Train and hire workers -Be responsible for the safety training of construction workers - Coordinate with the other supervisor and project manager to ensure the construction is completed on time Job Requirements: -College diploma required -Experience: over 5 years experiences related to maintenance -Experience managing multiple property sites or projects -Strong leadership skills, ability to identify solutions -Excellent communication skills -Strong organizational skills How To apply: please send resume to:atlanticgeorgehiring@gmail.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $24.00-$37.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 35 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationHalifax, NS
