<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>MUST BE A CANADIAN CITIZEN W/ NO CRIMINAL RECORD - requirements for security clearance. </p><p>Permanent Resident (PR) does NOT qualify unfortunately. </p><p>***** </p><p>Position Overview: </p><p>Rego Salvage is looking for a physically fit and experienced Concrete Labourer skilled in flat work to join our team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and take pride in tackling new challenges, we want to hear from you. </p><p>Key Responsibilities: </p><ul><li><p>Perform concrete flat work, including forming, rebar installation, pouring, and finishing. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Saw cut, grind, chip, patch, mix, and finish concrete. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Install vapor barriers, and expansion joints. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Place, screed, float, and finish concrete for residential and commercial projects. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure concrete is level and meets grade/depth specifications. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Conduct concrete repairs and build/strip formwork. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Use general hand and power tools safely and effectively. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Operate or assist with heavy equipment such as skid steers and mini excavators. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean work environment. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues to the Foreman. </p></li></ul><p>Requirements: </p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete flat work. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to read and interpret plans. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Clean criminal record; secret security clearance required and provided </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Canadian Citizen; required for secret security clearance </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Physically fit, with the ability to lift at least 100 lbs. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Willingness to work long hours and in all weather conditions. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>AZ/AR/DZ drivers (asset). </p></li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Rego Salvage is a family-owned and rapidly growing company with over 25 years of experience.
