*Job Overview:* Join our team at Dr. Joe & Associates Family & Cosmetic Dentistry as a Dental Hygienist to deliver exceptional dental care and uphold our commitment to superior patient experiences. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and providing preventive dental care services to our valued patients. Working days include: *Monday and Tuesday from 7:45a-6:00p. Potential to expand to full-time. * *Qualifications:* * Successful completion of an accredited dental hygiene program. * Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and protocols. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education. * Ability to provide compassionate care and build rapport with patients. * Proficiency in using ABELDent Cloud software system is preferred. *What We Offer:* * _Guided Biofilm Therapy_ * _iTero Wellness Scans_ * _Digital radiography_ * _A Growth Mindset_: Continuous learning opportunities to stay current with the latest in dental hygiene. * _Patient Relationships:_ Build and maintain meaningful connections with our patients. * _Educational Focus: _Emphasize the importance of dental education to empower our patients. *Responsibilities:* * Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures to remove plaque, calculus, and stains. * Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and screenings. * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care practices. * Take digital dental radiographs as needed. * Assist the dentist during procedures and treatments. * Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans. * Sterilize dental instruments and equipment following infection control guidelines. * Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional patient care.
