Carefoot Farms Ltd. is a large-scale progressive grain farm located just outside Swift Current. We are currently seeking Truck Drivers, Equipment Operators and Labourers to join our team for our 2025 Growing Season. We have opportunities for casual, seasonal and full time employment with an immediate start date for the right candidate.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to sustainable farming practices. Join us in cultivating quality produce while gaining valuable experience in the agricultural field! Operator/Labourer applicants :Must hold a valid Class 5 drivers licence with a clean driving record.Have experience operating modern equipment with a general working knowledge of equipment.Mechanically inclined, capable of performing maintenance and minor repairs. Truck Driver applicants:Must hold a valid Class 1 drivers licence with a clean driving record.Prior experience hauling grain is preferred. All applicants must have:Digital proficiency, capable of using a variety of apps and software.Ability to work independently/within a team and be efficient with their time.Capable of performing physically demanding tasks as needed and work long days during our Growing Season.Ability to understand and carry out routine instructions, proficiency in English is a critical component of our operations. Responsibilities:Operate equipment to assist in planting, maintaining and harvesting crops.Diagnose, perform and document repairs and maintenance on equipment.Assist in the maintenance of facilities and farm infrastructure.Haul fertilizer and grain from field/yard to grain terminal.
