*Job description* UMCA is looking for a High School English Teacher to join our team! The school: http://www.umca.ca *UMCA RICH TREE ACADEMY* is an independent private day school for students from Kindergarten through Grade 12. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly creative English/Humanities Teacher to join our department. We want our students to LOVE English! *Skills and qualifications:* · Experienced in teaching High School School English based on the Ontario School Curriculum · Must have at least three years of experience and Ontario Teaching credentials preferred. · Ability to develop a course outline, lesson and unit plans, and various types of assessments. · Excellent organizational and communication skills, passionate about teaching and mentoring students. · Legally permitted to work in Canada. · Must have own transportation Please note, that only those candidates who have been selected for an interview will be contacted. Contract length: 10 months + option to extend.
