Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures. Work with minimal supervision. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for persons with disabilities: Provides physical accessibility accommodations (for example: ramps, elevators, etc.). Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities. Support for newcomers and refugees: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
